Orders for Delivery Within Australia
Free Postage on all orders over $100 for delivery within Australia.
For orders less than $100 within Australia, a flat postage charge of $10 will apply.
Orders are sent via Australia Post in an Express bag (if item is not on sale) and delivered within 2-3 days. These goods cannot be left at an address if no one is home as they may require a signature on receipt.
Items on sale are sent in a Post Bag or through Sendle and delivered within 5-7 business days excluding public holidays. Country areas may take longer if well outside the closest capital city region.
Clementine Sleepwear does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced or damaged once delivery has been made.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order (except weekends).
Please note that during a Sale orders may take 72 hours to be dispatched.
Orders placed for delivery outside of Australia will be subject to additional postage charges. Please see below. Clementine Sleepwear uses Australia Post and Sendle and delivery can take up to two weeks. A tracking number will be supplied via email.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

We have a flat fee to New Zealand of $20.
Airmail to other International Destinations
Orders under $100 - $30
Orders from $100-200 - $45
Orders over $200 - $50
All prices are in Australian dollars.
For all other countries outside Australia, the recipient becomes the importer of the item and as such is liable for any local duties that may be charged. Clementine Sleepwear cannot be held liable for any such tariffs/charges and we are unable to alter our invoices for this purpose.
Clementine Sleepwear will provide the tracking number for deliveries where available. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you order an item that is not available we will notify you by email.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Clementine Sleepwear will replace or refund all unworn or undamaged items bought online within 14 days of purchase providing the product is returned in it’s original condition, including packaging and swing tags. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice and are to be returned to Clementine Sleepwear via post.
For a refund or exchange please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the reason for the return. We recommend you use your own trackable shipping method as refunds will not be made until the item is received by Clementine Sleepwear.
Ensure that both your address and the Clementine Sleepwear address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. Ensure that you have a tracking number as Clementine will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.
When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Clementine will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs at our descretion. Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our return address below for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
We will not refund or exchange goods that have been incorrectly washed or mistreated so please follow care instructions.
